How exactly do we work?

In four phases. A quote issued without having studied the business is an invented figure, and invented figures are revised upward halfway through the project.

    Diagnostic

    1 week

    We measure your current platform with field data, review the information architecture and competitive position, and analyse your revenue model. We come out with a document describing what’s failing and what it costs to fix.

    Architecture

    1 week

    Content map, user journeys and design system. The complete skeleton is defined before writing a line of production, because redoing the structure halfway costs five times more.

    Build

    2 – 4 weeks

    Development, copywriting and implementation of the semantic infrastructure. It’s reviewed in the browser, not on images: you approve what will exist, not a representation of it.

    Evolution

    Monthly or annual, optional

    A maintenance service contracted monthly or annually, according to the platform’s needs. It includes monitoring of real metrics, updates and an hours pool; new content and expansion of the semantic footprint are added when they form part of the agreement.

We publish indicative minimums: corporate platforms from €2,250, catalogue platforms from €3,400 and add-ons from €950. The final quote is tailored to scope.

Technical maintenance starts at €900 a year, if taken out.

A bespoke site of up to twelve pages, with its own design system, conversion-oriented copy and infrastructure for search engines and language models. The starting point for most companies that sell through their website.

Public minimums, indicative and excluding tax (VAT not included).

The final quote is personalised after reviewing the scope, integrations and content. There is no public price ceiling.

About how we work

How much does a platform built by ekko cost?

We publish indicative minimums so you can see whether the project fits before we talk. A corporate platform starts at €2,250, a catalogue platform at €3,400 and add-ons start at €950. The final quote is tailored to the scope, integrations and content.

How long does the full build take?

Three to five weeks from the close of the diagnostic for a complete corporate platform: one week of architecture and two to four weeks of construction. It includes two review rounds on a working, navigable prototype.

How does an indicative minimum become a final quote?

We review the scope, integrations, content and current platform. With that information, we prepare a tailored quote fixed for the work agreed.

Is taking out maintenance compulsory?

Technical maintenance —hosting, certificates and updates— starts at €900 a year. This is an indicative minimum: the final proposal depends on the support and hours pool agreed. Ongoing content and visibility are optional and can be contracted monthly or annually.

Can AI fully automate a law firm or clinic?

No. They are only two examples; we assess processes in any sector. AI can classify documents, extract data, prepare drafts and coordinate tasks with clear criteria, reliable data, an authorised integration and human review. It must not take sensitive decisions or remove professional responsibility.
